10.47.050 Inconsistent provisions.

Notwithstanding the provisions of SMC 10.46.005, only to the extent the provisions of Chapter 10.46 SMC are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, this chapter shall supersede the provisions of Chapter 10.46 SMC. (Ord. 1297 § 1, 2011).
