(1) Time Restriction – No Repark. The parking or storage of any vehicle, trailer, camper, motor home or oversized vehicle in the same parking location on a street in excess of 72 consecutive hours without movement shall be unlawful. If any time after the initial 72-consecutive-hour period the vehicle is still parked in the same location on the street in violation of the 72-consecutive-hours parking restriction and is then reparked on the street within the same block for any period of time up to 24 hours, it shall be considered to be parked in the same location within the street and therefore still in violation of the 72-consecutive-hours parking restriction.

(2) No person shall use the city street, right-of-way, alley or parking area:

(a) For the purpose of storage, display, sale or abandonment of any type vehicle, including farm vehicles;

(b) In violation of any posted sign or painted curb;

(c) To place, or allow to remain, any object or equipment. (Ord. 1497 § 4, 2021; Ord. 986, 1998).
