(1) There is established a datum plane from which all elevations used in establishing the grades of the various streets, avenues, alleys, utilities, and public places of the city must be reckoned.

(2) The datum for vertical measurement is NAVD 88 (North American Vertical Datum 88).

(3) The datum for horizontal measurement is NAD 83 (North American Datum 83). (Ord. 1512 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
