The purpose of these standards is to describe those general and supplemental regulations that apply to residential land uses over and above the dimensional and density requirements listed elsewhere in this code. These standards regulate building placement and land use types, and are necessary for those activities having characteristics that may create negative impacts without the additional requirements.
